IC Imaging Control C Library

IC Imaging Control C DLL for use in Borland C and C compilers other than Microsoft.

This library will be used for compilers like Borland C, GNU or MinGW.

If you are using Microsoft Visual Studio, we highly recommend to use the IC Imaing Control Classlibrary.
