Windows 10 April Update, Version 1803 and higher: At "Camera Privacy Settings" the setting "Allow apps to access your camera" must be set to "On". If it is "Off" IC Capture and other programs wont show the camera.
Windows 7: If you encounter error 52 "Windows cannot verify the digital signature for the drivers required for this device.", your Windows must be updated with Microsoft fix KB3033929.
